The Rutgers Oral History Archives (ROHA) is a comprehensive digital repository dedicated to preserving and sharing the life stories of New Jersey residents and Rutgers University affiliates. Since its inception in 1994, ROHA has conducted over 1,200 interviews, resulting in more than 32,000 pages of fully searchable transcripts. The archive encompasses a diverse range of topics, including military service, social and cultural history, and personal narratives that illuminate the state’s rich heritage. ROHA’s commitment to accessibility ensures that all content is freely available to students, educators, and researchers worldwide.
