Virtual Conference FAQ
The conference is hosted on a "Pay What You Can" basis:
• Patron: $25 (or more)
• Standard: $20
• Student, Retired, Independent Scholars: $10
• Pay What You Can: We recognize that the past year has been financially difficult for many and welcome donations anywhere below $10. Any donations over $25 are also welcome and will be considered a Patron-level donation.
The program will be posted here and on the website as soon as it is finalized.
If you would prefer to register and make your payment online using PayPal, you can register for the ADE 2022 Conference using this registration form.
If you would prefer to register online but mail in your check, register for the conference using this registration form, and follow the instructions in your confirmation email.
Some sessions will be recorded and published on the ADE Youtube channel. Whether or not a session will be recorded depends on the agreement of the panelists.
Registration provides access to the conference as a whole; there is no need to register for events on an individual basis.
Once registered, you can attend as few or as many events as you choose.
Conference moderators as well as program coordinators will be monitoring the public conversations on three primary social media for this conference—Zoom, YouTube, and Twitter—to ensure that participants are modeling respectful and inclusive behavior. Any individual who fails to uphold this code of conduct will be warned by one of the conference moderators or program coordinators, and, if failing a change in their behavior, they will be blocked from attending the rest of the conference.
We have also taken all available precautions to prevent outside actors from joining or otherwise harassing our Zoom conference presenters and attendees.
